How to Choose the Best Rides for Your School Fete
Every school fete is different, and deciding on amusement rides and inflatable attractions often comes down to the ages of your guests and the number of people expected to attend.
At Bailey’s Events & Amusements, we offer an extensive range of inflatable attractions, obstacle courses, giant slides and amusement rides to cater for different age groups and event sizes.
Our team can help you choose attractions that suit your event, taking into account expected attendance, event space and individual ride requirements.
Plan Your Event Space
School ovals and designated event areas can provide excellent locations for carnival rides and inflatables.
Larger attractions such as KA Boom Dodgem Cars, the Edge Drop Slide and Maze Runner require suitable operating space and access.
When planning your school fete, consider the event layout, power requirements, delivery access and the area required for each attraction.
Mix Traditional Rides with Interactive Attractions
One of the best ways to create an exciting carnival atmosphere is to combine different types of entertainment.
For example, your school fete could feature:
Traditional carnival rides: Chair-O-Plane, Trackless Train and Go Gator Roller Coaster.
Major carnival attractions: KA Boom Dodgem Cars and the 34ft Edge Drop Slide.
Interactive challenges: Maze Runner, Meltdown, Ninja Wall Challenge and Wipeout.
A varied selection helps create a carnival experience that appeals to different interests and age groups.
Plan for Your Expected Attendance
The number of people attending your school fete should help guide your choice of attractions.
For larger events, a combination of rides and inflatable activities can offer visitors activities throughout the carnival area and provide families with more entertainment choices.
Book Your School Fete Entertainment Early
We recommend booking your amusement rides and inflatable attractions well in advance to help secure your chosen attractions for your event date.
Planning ahead also allows time to discuss your event requirements and explore our range of rides and inflatable attractions for your school fete.
